High Performance, two-component, polyurethane binder for decorative quartz mortars and screeds. Vetotop DecoFloor UB is a high-performance, two-component polyurethane binder formulated for DecoFloor PU Granite flooring system. It is designed to provide a flexible and aesthetically appealing wearing course with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. The binder has a controlled viscosity and turbid appearance, allowing efficient wetting of quartz fillers and aggregates. When mixed with graded Vetotop DecoFloor Quartz, it forms a high-strength, seamless screed or mortar layer with a textured, slip-resistant finish. The system offers excellent abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for commercial, industrial, and hygienic environments. Its polyurethane chemistry provides improved flexibility and tolerance to thermal movement compared to conventional rigid resin systems.
