Epoxy-based primer (Versatile and solvent-free). Vetoprime EP491 is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy resin with excellent sealing properties. It can also be a universal primer for the Vetorep and Vetotop systems. When applied on prepared concrete and cementitious substrates, it seals them and enhances their bonding with topcoats. Vetoprime EP491 can be used internally as a stand-alone seal coat to harden cementitious surfaces and prevent dusting.
