Epoxy-based primer (Versatile and solvent-free). Vetoprime EP691 is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy resin with excellent sealing properties. It can also be a universal primer for the Vetorep and Vetotop systems. When applied on prepared concrete and cementitious substrates, it seals them and enhances their bonding with topcoats.
